Location: Setapak KL

The L-shaped tower plate is designed to capture scenic views of the sanctuary park and KLCC/city. The tower facing the parks extends to the ground floor, and additional units are added in the north part to maximize the number of units facing the park. A roof garden is created on the top floor to offer views of KLCC and the city. Terracing boxes are featured on car park floors facing the sanctuary park to improve connectivity between facilities and the park. The building facade is inspired by gentle ripples on a lake and also serves to reduce solar heat gain.
